When you order an item, it ships Ground via the United States Postal Service and delivery time usually varies from 1-5 days, depending on where you live. We are centrally located in the suburbs of Chicago (IL), so Ground shipping offers quick and efficient delivery times for any address within the United States. One more thing you may love to know: autothing.com ships orders on Saturdays!
 

If Ground shipping is a bit too slow, you have the option of getting your order just 2-3 days after we ship it thanks to USPS Priority 2-3 Day Air! For those who live a bit further from our hometown of Chicago (IL) in states like Alaska or Hawaii, this shipping upgrade is a really quick and affordable delivery option. This option includes delivery on Saturdays, but not federal holidays.

Once we're ready to ship your order, you may want it to arrive as quickly as possible. We can make that happen thanks to USPS Express 1-2 Day Air! This shipping upgrade provides expedited, next-day delivery to most major metropolitan areas throughout the United States and two-day delivery to those in more rural areas. This option includes delivery on Saturdays and most federal holidays.
 

NOTE: All shipping methods and upgrades are non-refundable services provided by the United States Postal Service.

Since we're shipping via the United States Postal Service, you can easily use your PO Box address when placing your order with autothing.com.

IMPORTANT! Your ship-to address should be an APO/FPO or military base address, as this is the only way we can easily identify your active duty status. If you don't have a military mailing address, simply fax us any valid form of military identification to confirm your active duty status within the United States armed forces. Otherwise, the coupon will be removed if your military status cannot be determined.

Orders shipped via USPS Ground and USPS Priority 2-3 Day Air do not require a signature for delivery and therefore, you do not have to be present. However, orders shipped via USPS Express 1-2 Day Air and all International Ship-To Addresses do require an adult signature upon delivery.

How cool! Sending someone a nice little add-on gift such as a key chain? Well, you can use your credit card with one Bill-To Address and then have the option of entering an alternative Ship-To Address during the order process. This is also useful if you are at work during the day and would like your autothing.com order to be delivered while you are around (this may lead to some jealousy among coworkers, however).

NOTE: If your autothing is a gift for someone, be sure to select the "Gift" option during the order process. By selecting this option, we will not print any pricing information on the included invoice. In addition, we can include a free Hallmark gift card tailored to the recipient's special occasion, so be sure to mention if it's a birthday gift, etc. Otherwise, we'll include a nifty, albeit universal little gift card suitable for any event.

This entire online thing is great, especially when it comes to keeping you up-to-date with your order's status. Not only do you get an Order Confirmation once your order is successfully placed, but you'll also receive a follow-up Shipment Confirmation to notify you that your autothing order has been shipped and is on its way. We take care of you in every aspect, especially when comes to knowing what's up with your order.

If you do not live in the United States, there's still hope to make your vehicle look better than anyone else's on your street, avenida, rue, strada, cadde or whatever!

YOU MUST SELECT THE "USPS International Priority (Non-USA)" SHIPPING OPTION AS YOU COMPLETE AN ORDER.

This option includes our US Customs paperwork and International Priority shipping (3-5 days to Canada or 4-5+ days to South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia). Shipping costs typically range from about $19.50 USD for Canada to about $30.00 USD for Australia. This is still way more affordable than the average minimum charge of about $45.00 for UPS International.
